PROTEST AGAINST ROWDYISM. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Dee. 14, D. 40 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. One hundred and thirty-eight members of Parliament who voted for women’s suffrage have signed a protest against the campaign of rowdyism conducted by certain advocates of women’s suffrage, and state that if this is continued it will greatly imperil next sesaion’s prospects.
