LOSS OF THE MARGIT.
A TOTAL WRECK. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Nov. 15, 10.50 a.m.) ADELAIDE, Nov. 15. The Margit is abandoned. She is in the grip of semi-qnicksand, and will probably disappear in a few days. There is no explanation of tho cause of the vessel reaching the dangerous spot. On Saturday an attempt was made to launch two lifeboats. Both were smashed.
