VERY ROUGH WEATHER
By Electric 'telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Nov. 14. 11.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, Nov. 13. Terrific weather is being experienced on the great lakes. Steamers are arriving at Duluth sheathed in ice. The temperature is 14 degrees below zero. All vessesls are overdue. One vessel’s anchors became ice-gripped, so that it was impossible to start. At Chicago and in the States of Michigan, Illinois and Wisconsin a tornado caused twenty deaths. Several smaller vessels on Lake Michigan were, blown ashore.
