DAMAGED BY FROST, By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. OTTAWA, August 27. An unexpected frost has seriously damaged the wheat cron in Saskatchewan and Northern Alberta. The anticipations of a 200.000,000 bushel wheat harvest have been dashed to the ground, and the loss is estimated at tons of thousands of pounds.
