A NARROW ESCAPE. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received August 26, 10.48 a.m.) CAPETOWN, August 25. The barque Lyndhurst, naphtha laden, took fire off Fish Point. There was a terrific explosion, but the crew escaped, though with difficulty. The steamer Clan Maclaren saw the flames 35;miles distant, and rescued the crew.
