Smith, £l4 13s Id, costs £1 15s; same v. H. Gaylnrd, £l6 19s 5(1, costs £1 14s 6d; same v. George. Al. Pott. £l9 18s 4d, costs £1 10s 6d. Judgment Summons.—William Curd (Air. Billing) v. George Burnand"; no appearance or excuse offered: debtor ordered to pay the sum of £2 10s 6d forthwith, in default seven days in Now Plymouth Prison.
