Butter.—Tho market is quiet, with a tendency in favour of buyers for secondclass quality. Tlio supply exceeds the demand, and buyers ot butter aro holding hack, expecting prices to go lower. Australian Ills, Danish 117 s, Siberian 104 s, Clieoso. —Tho market is quiet, but holders are firm. Canadian 665. Hemp.—Tho market is very quiet and nothing doing. Now Zealand good fair on spot per ton, £24 IDs; Now Zealand fair grade, £2l IDs; fair current Manila, £2l.
