A decree is gazetted abolishing exceptional laws, including those affecting the anarchists, and repealing restrictions on tlio press. It is scmi-officially stated that at England’s instance Franco and Germany have agreed to recognise tho Portuguese Government as de facto, and to recognise it definitely when it receives constitutional sanction.
