The following are tho results of last night’s competitions: “A” grade selections.—Wanganui, Jirstj Prahran, second; Collingwood, third. Quickstep.—Wanganui, first; Ballarat, second. WANGANUI’S FIGURES. (Received Oct. 24, 12.55 p.m.) BALLARAT, Oct. 24. Wanganui’s win of the championship was very popular. The points scored wore:—Wanganui, test 174, own choice 222, Prahran scored 208 and 180, Collingwood 198 and 182. In the quickstep Wanganui scored 153 points, Fronts 152, Ballarat City 145. B Grade. —The selection was won by Geelong Harbour Trust Band, and the quickstep by Frouts. C Grade.—Selection, Geelong Harbour Trust; quickstep, Geelong Town.
