PRINCE FRANCIS OF TECK. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, Oct. 22. Obituary: Prince Francis of Teck, from septicaemia, following upon an operation for tho removal of tho pleaustic effusion. King George and many others were at the death-bed. The late Prince Francis was an unobtrusive man, and popular in tho Army.
