In connection with Mr. Lysnar’s report on frozen meat, the Chairman of the Port of London Board promises that plans and estimates shall be drawn up for an up-to-date cold storage equipment. The New Zealand Committee considers the South West India Dock the most suitable site, though deepening and other improvements will be necessary.
