Sir.—ln yesterday’s Herald there appears an account of the doings of the Vogoltown patrol of Boy Scouts, and it is said that they have selected as tho colour of their uniform khaki “tho recognised colour of tho Boy Scouts.” If your informant had anything more than a very superficial acquaintance with the Boy Scout’s movement, ho would bo aware that at least threefourths of tho 300,000 scouts in Britain are uniformed in blue.—l am, etc., A SCOUT.
