Referring to Sir Frederick Borden’s statement that Canada is doing more for Imperial defence than Australia, Mr. Cook states that 5s per head was only about half as much as Australia proposed to spend on sea and land defence. Mr. Deaklri fails to see that Canada is doing more than Australia.
