CONFERENCE AT AUCKLAND. Per Press .Association. AUCKLAND, Fob. 10. The opening meetings of the Congregational Union of New Zealand took place to-day, over 80 delegates from different parts of the dominion being present. The chairman (Mr. A. M. Lewis), in the course of his address, said there was, something about the Anglican service that was lacking in their own. Ho was of opinion they could introduce a general confession and responses with good result. It would greatly help if the kneeling posture were adopted during prayer. It might he well to reintroduce into their services that which had been deleted/
