The annual report and the balance-iheet were read and adopted The repdrt. refer red to the success of the Quo during the past season, both the senior and the junior elevens having won «'the championships tor North Taranaki, and annexed the Robertson Cup and Shield respectively. The committee pointed out that the financial position of the club was satisfactory, the credit balance standing at £9 13s. 4d., while there was a fair supply of material on hand, most of which was in good order. Of the senior eleven the following players bad batting averages of over 10: James Harris 36, I). Cle K g 2..66, M. J. Crombie 26.9, A. F. Thomson 20, C. M. Inman 17.6, Dr. Gault 14.4, l».
