Mr. C. M Donald, a brother of Mr. W. M'Donald, manager of the Kaupokonui factory, has been appointed manager of the Whakaronga factory (Palmerston), ot Messrs. D. Nathan and Company, in .succession to Mi. E C. Wood, who has boon appointed to tli«' Dairy Commissioner's staii. Mr. M'Donald was a pupil of Mr. J. Sawers, «hon this wellknown expert was in charge of the Edemialo factory.
