CLAIM AGAINST KUBELIK

DUNEDIN, Sept. 15. The action in which Hugo Gorlitr. is claiming £3000 damages from Jnr Kuhelik for alleged breach of contract was continued in the Supreme Court to-day. The evidence of defendant and Karl # Junkciftnenn, taken on commission in London, was read. Both denied that » contract had been entered into, though the matter had been disciiHued. Kubelik bad refused to bind himself to a contract. The judge will sum up tomorrow.
