Lyttelton, o: being interviewed, eulogised Austra lia's patriotism and self-sacrifice re garding the establishment of a pava college as a great step in manning he navy. Regarding the farm scheme, h> remarked that it was only natural sh> should desire the best type of BritiJ emigrant. Lord Milner was equally enthusiastic and raid that both schemes were ad mirable.
