RUBBER AND COCOANUTS
By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright (Received June 11, 10.35 a.m.) MELBOURNE. June 11. A powerful company has been formed in London to work the rubber plantations at Papua. It has secured 10,000 acres of land at Collingwood Bay. Great progress is also being made in the commercial development of the Solomon Islands. Land is largely being taken Up, chiefly for cocoanut growing.
