A final reminder is given of the lec-t-iro to be delivered in the Theatio Hoy til to-night by Mr. M'Nab on "Universal Military Training." His Worship the Mayor (Mr. G. Tisch) will j reside. The committee in charge of i.'ic arrangements anticipate a largo »,ithering. Mr. M'Nab has addressed lirge meetings in all parts of tho dominion, and has always been most enthusiastically received. The gallery is h.Mng reserved for ladies and their escorts. There will be no charge for admission, but a collection will be made to defray expenses. A musical programme will be rendered. Mr. M'Nab is expected to arrive in New Plymouth by tho 5.10 train.
