THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION is published fox the benefit of Brethren proposing to attend the several functions in connection with thcfAnnual Communication of* Grand Lodge: — ' " " ' The Temporary Office of Grand Lodge will be open in the Coffee Palace Buildings, Egmont St., on and after TUESDAY, May 4. All Visiting Brethren from outside the Taranaki District are invited to call at the Office, of Wor. Bro. Medley (Medley and Rundle), Devon St., as soon as convenient after arrival, to receive cards of invitation to the various gatherings which have been arranged for their entertainment. Bro. E. W. Garner is acting as Convener of the Accommodation Committee- and any Visiting Brethren who have not already secured beds ate recommended to call at his office (W. J. Shaw and Co.), Brougham Street, opposite National Bank Chambers. \ , Master Masons of all Constitutions are cordially invited to !>e present at the sessions of Grand Lodge. Every Brother Bhould bring his M.M. Certificate and bei provided with> Masonic clothing. Evening dress is not worn at the day sessions. WEDNESDAY, MAY 6. Grand Lodge opens in the v Theatre Royal at 2 p.m. Note. — Admission will be by the door in Devon St., next the State Fire Agency. Clothing, Insignia and Jewels worn must be in accordance with Rules 194 and 195 B of C. Installation in the Theatre Royal in the Evening. All Brethren are expected to be in their places before the M.W. The Pro. Grand Master enters at 7.30. Taranaki Brethren of any Constitution who proposa to remain after the Ceremony of Installation must provide themselves with cards of invitation which can only be obtained from Bro. J. E. Wilson (Wilson and Grey, Brougham Street). THURSDAY, MAY 6. Grand Lodge resumes at 10 a.m. In the afternoon Grand Lodge will partake of the hospitality of the De Burgh Adams Lodge, 446 1.C., at a Garden Party to be held s at "Aotoa," the property of the Bros. Sole, on the Avenue Road. This is a private function to which admittance is obtainable only by card of invitation. A Social Gathering will be held in the Theatre Royal in the Evening. All guests are expected to be seated before 7.45. Admittance by note of invitation only. A dispensation has been granted for the wearing of Masonic clothing and jewels. AH Officers of Craft Lodges may wear their collars. FRIDAY, MAY t Grand Lodge resumes at 10 a.m. if the business of the Communication has not been completed on Thursday. His Excellency the M.W. Grand Master will, at 2.30, unveil the Monument erected on the summit of Marsland Hill in memory of those who fell in the Taranaki War. The Memorial Committee has invited all visiting Masons to be present on this interesting occasion. NOTE.— The New Plymouth Bowling Club will be pleased to welcome Bre- . thren on their Greens, Brougham St., about three minutes' walk from National Bank. F. P.
