WHAT LABOUR THINKS OF HIM
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 30. The conference between the Builders' and Contractors' Association and tho Labourers' Union, at which Mr. Harlo Giles presided, arrived ai a satisfactory settlement of the dispute. The representatives on both sides expressed unqualified satisfaction with tho tact and business ability displayed by Mr. Giles. There was no question hV was tho right man in the right place, added the labour representative.
