VALUER-GENERAL'S NEW CHARGE. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, April 28. The Prime Minister informed a reporter to-day *that the Valuation Department is to be merged with the Land and Income Tax Department. Mr. P. Heyes will take over the position of Valuer-General in addition to his present duties.
