Lord Curzon has pnblished comprehensive proposals for the reform of Oxford University, including the surrender of eompulsorv Greek and tho establishment of a working man's college at a maximum charge of £60 per annum.

[Oxford University seems to have grown up in the 12th century, although to Alfred- the Croat used to be ascribed the foundation of one college university in 872. The number of undergiaduatos in 1907 was 3742.]
