FEILOING VALUATIONS.

FEILDING, April 20

The Feilding Chamber of Commerce last night entered a protest against the recent valuation of the borough property. It was stated that the \iiluation showed an all round increase* ol 7o por cent, on that of two years ago. This was characterised as unjust and unfair. In view of the depression the Borough Council was asked to take action in regard to the valuation. A public meeting is to be held to arrange cases for the court.
