WOODVILLE, March 28. William Logan, a settler, and a member of the Wdodville County Council, metlwith a serious .accident some time yesterday. He was riding his horse over the back portion of - his farm, which is rough .jountry,.when the horse fell over a cliff and broke its neck. Logan was knocked insensible by the fall, and lay out all nights ;He w«is discovered by a couple of neighbours about ten this morning.
