AUSTRO-SERVIAN DIFFERENCE.
LONDON, March 28.
A semi-official report from Rome says that Germany has asked the Powers to adhere to M. Isvolsky's declaration to Baron Aehrenthal regarding the recognition- of the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Renter's Vienna correspondent states that Sir E. Grey intends to ask for the adjustment of the Austrc-Servian difference before the Powers recognise the annexation.
Baron AehrenthaFs reply will be that these are two entirely distinct questions. " . '
