Seddon's portrait . to ., the battleship New Zealand in Portland Jfcoads. Mr. HallJones . and Captain Stoddart made spirited speeches, and the crew cheered Mrs. Seddon and the' High Commissioner. . The portrait will oe hung iv the wardroom.
