A CABINET STATEMENT.
(Received March 27, 8.50 a.m.) BELGRADE, March 26. The Servian Cabinet has issued a statement that it is incompetent to deal with the Crown Prince's renunciation. The King should decide the matter. * The groom's accident, it says, was due to falling downstairs and that the inquest . failed to reveal an^ external injuries. The Cabinet considers that 'further investigation is needless.
