Mr Winston Churchill, President ot the Board of Trade, has introduced a Bill to establish certain trade boards empowered to fix and enforce a minimum standard of wages. The Bill, is applicable to home and factory Work and the Boards are to be given full power in regard to inspection, detection and punishment. Labourites enthusiastically support the Bill whjch goes further than the Sweated Industries Bill of 1908. i •
