To-night, a^ 8 o'clock, at their mart, Messrs. L,. A., Nolan and Co. will .^ub-i mit to public auction 32 sections, 1 of the well-known Sliuttleworth's Estate, which adjoins the Fitzroy 'township. Maßly suburban properties have been before the public as desirable residential localities, but. admittedly' there bas been rio'ne of recerrt years with^ tHe advantages possessed by S)iuttlew6rth*s r which runs from 'the Main Devon Rbad^ near Fitzroy township and back- to the beach. ' Some of these advantages •were pointed out to' a Herald reporter who went over the property this mornirfg. On Saturday the 20tK inst. Mr. Newton King wiil sell by auction at his mart a splendid farm situated on the Main Road near Mokau, on account of the late Mrs. Cf.-L.C f .-L. Nicholas' estate.
