POST OFFICE HOLIDAYS.

Christmas Day and New Year's Day being Po^rtSM'T^legraph-Hdlida^s.^he f pllowing hours will be observed : — Postal Branch — i?Vidayd, December ! 25 and January 1, will be close holidays. Saturday, Dec#inber 26 -(Boxing Day), post offices will be' open in all branches, except Money Order and Savings Bank, from 9 ti:m. to 10 a.m., and the letter-carriers will make one complete delivery, commencing &t 7.80 a.m. All receivers will be cleared at 8 o'clock on the evenings of v the 24th and 31st. All mails usually made up on Fridays will be closed at 8.30 p.m. on Thursdays, 24th and 31st. A special delivery of correspondence will bo made over the public couirter on the evenings of the 24th and 31st between the .hours of 8.30 and 9.3Q o'clock. The private box lotyby will be open from 9.30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on December 25 and January 1, and will be open as usual* on the 26th. The Railway Travelling Post Office will run as usual on all the holidays. Telegraph Branch .—The Telegraph Office will be djten from 9.30 a.m. tc 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. on Christmas Day. On Boxing Day the office will open from 9 ar.in. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., and on New Year's Day it will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to midnight. , Telephone Exchange. — The Telephone Exchange will bo open from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Christmas Day, and open ns usual on Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
