THE PRESIDENT ORDERING ARMAMENTS.

The Standard says President Castro of Venezuela, who is in Germany, has ordered 50,000 Mauser rifles from Berlin an d^ has approached Krupp with an order for artillery. He is also negotiating with naval shipbuilders.
