SUPPOSED SUICIDE.
NELSON, Nov. 27. This evening a middle-aged man named William Biddle was found dead in an orchard on a hillside near the Nelson railway station in circumstances indicating suicide. Biddle was formerly an engine-driver on the Nelson section, but resigned from the service some five years ago, because he was suffering from his nerves. He had been dead some hours \»hen found. He leaves a widow and three small children.
