DROAA 7 NED. Per Press Association. AVELLINGTON, Nov. 28. A'esterday afternoon a man was seen floating face downwards in tho water near the wharf. He was rescued by Mr Opie Jones, of the Customs staff, and was taken to the Hospital. He recovered sufficiently to be able to state that his name was William Ferguson and that he was a fireman, at present out of work. However, he gradually sank and expired. It is thought that
