. , LONDON, Nov. 27. Jhe Times 1 Belgrade correspondent states that advices from St. Petersburg show less prospect of a conference in the near future. The Bosnian question will be left open, and Servia and Montenegro must await a more favourable juncture for a settlement of their claims.
