The Wellington branch of the New Zealand Institute of Architects to-night passed a resolution affirming that all Government works of importance should be competed for by architects outside of the Public Works Department, but deprecating anything that may have been said or implied in Parliament derogatory to the Government Architect's abilities, and recording confidence in Mr Campbell and appreciation of his devotion to the interests of the Dominion.
