THE PARAPARA IRON DEPOSITS.

ACTION AGAINST PUBLIC TRUSTEE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON. Oct. 24. J. H. Witheford, ex-M.P., is suing the Public Trustee as executor of the estate of the late Sir A. J. Cadmai) and others for £49,500 for alleged breach of contract in relation to the Parapara iron deposits. Before Judge Cooper in chambers to-day application was made on behalf of defendant for security for costs on the ground that Witheford is resident out of the Dominion. , The matter was adjourned for further affidavits.
