A HARBOUR COLLISION.

CLAIM AGAINST TNION COMPANY. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 11. The jury failed to agree in tho Supremo Court action in which &ISMG 6s 2d was claimed by the Northern Coal Company from the Union Steamship Company for damage - suffered through the collision in the Auckland harbour between tho Union Company's h.s. Wairuna and the Northern Conl Company's ketch Moonah on March 10 last. The. jury retired at /> o'clock this evening and returned at 11 o'clock, the foreman intimating that they had failed either to agree or to obtain a three-fourths majority. The case will come on again at the next sittings of Hie Court.
