(Received Sept. 12, 10.15 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Sept. 12. Tho Victorian Government spent about £9000 on the entertainment of tho American fleet. (Received Sept. 12, 10.22 a.m.) PERTH, Sept. 12. The fleet entered Albany in a blinding rain-squall, unobserved by the public. It was not expected till several hours later.
