GREAT POVERTY IN GLASGOW.
LONDON, Sept. 9. The destitute children of Glasgow who are under five years of age are receiving' three meals a day from the municipality. The unemployed in Glasgow are well organised. They are starting midnight marches to the wealthy suburbs.
