am < A WARM WELCOME. By Electric Telegraph.— Copyright. SYDNEY, Sept. 9. The Earl of Dudley officially landed at noon and was sworn-in. The ceremony took place on the pavilion at the Domain used in connection -with the American fleet festivities. The . new Governor-General was warmly welcomed by the ; gathering which numbered about 13,000. Crowds lined the streets from the pavilion to Government House.
