FIXING ROYAL SALARIES. By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (Received Sept. 7, 8.55 a.m.) LISBON, Sept. 6. A decree has been issued fixing King Manuel's allowance at £200 a day and thai of the Duke of Oporto at £32,000 annually. The Royal residences at Bolem, Caxias, and Qneluz are transferred to the State for national purposes.
