WALLACE TESTIMONIAL.
AUCKLAND. August 17. The representatives of the \W. Wallace Testimonial Committee (Messrs Arnold and Brown), who came up to Auckland last week, made a collection at theAlexaridra Park gates on Saturday; the sum realised being about £25. Several donations have been made, so that the amountr realised by the visit to Auckland must approach £30. A number of -lists have been distributed in Auckland.
