CAPETOWN. April 14.
The -Cape Times says South Africa may congratulate itself upon escaping the peril of Mr Winston Churchill as Colonial Secretary.
Tho Cape Argus expresses relief at the removal of Mr Churchill from the Colonial Office and gratification at the appointment of Earl Crewe as Colonial Secretary.
