The Board has much less difficulty in catering for the aesthetic side of human nature. There is no clashing of interests, although tastes may differ. The planting and caro of trees and shrubs, the formation and maintenance of paths, the provision of seats and suchlike, are labours that cannot fail to give pleasure of an enduring kind. The public aro invited to donate suitable plants, especially bulbs The Arbitration Court award in the Wellington dairy factories' dispute seems, as telegraphed, to be a bad copy of tho Taranaki Industrial agreement. No attempt sems to have been made to classify- the factories and tho men are. apparently to receive the same pay right through the season.
