Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 13. The anual\ meeting of the Auckland Hockey Asociation was s heH this evening. The receipts during the year amounted to £145, and the expenditure to £12i8i Messrs George Cowper and Walter' Johnson, of Christchurch, were elected delegates to the Hew Zealand Hockey Association. It was stated that several southern unions' teams intended visiting Auckland during the season in quest of th© champiQnship shiejd. The. prospects of the game were exceedingly bright, and new clubs were being formed in almost every township ,in the province. . . , C. Morgan, of the Bank of New Zea- 1 land staff and a member of the> New" Plymouth team, is a patient at the Hospital, suffering fronvinflamation of' tho lungs. His club mates and friends will wish him a speedy recovery.,
