NEW YORK TO PARIS. By Electric Telegraph. — Copyright. (Received April 14, 8.29 a.m.)' NEW YORK, April 13. A thaw in Alaska made it impossible for tho motorists engaged in the race from New York to Paris to travel over that part of the route. It was therefore agreed to eliminate' the run through Alaska. The competitors will travel from Canada to Vladivostock in Siberia by steamer.
