The Taranaki Board pf School Com^ missioners nn?t at the office of the Secretary (Mr F. P. Corkill) this morning. ' Present : Messrs J. Wade (chairman), H. Faull, and F. Simpson. The Board resolved that in compliance with the request of Mr, Crump, lessee of part section 25, Tikoxangi District,. Mr G. A. Marchan^ should be appointed the solo arbitrator to fix the yearly rental and value, of the stibstantial permanent improvements witli a view to the renewal or" the lease. . .
