DUNEDIN, March 27 • Mr r Pritchard, representative of the Blackball miners, ndflrossed\n meeting
here- .this evoning. There were about, 120 people present. After "Mr Prftch-" ard bad explained the position at Blackball from the miners' point of view, the following resolution was car r xjed without dissen* : — "That this meeting of citizens of Dunedin, after ! hearing the representative of the Black- ! ball Miners' Union, Mr Pritcliard, congratulates the miners on their resent-" men't of the action of the mine manager in victimising seven of their cqmrades, and expresses the hope that they will-be successful in their efforts to secure extension of orib time to thirty minutes ; also that the moeting pledges itself to financially support the wive* and children of those who have ceased work."
